Impact Tax and Advisory is my relationship-first CPA practice. Before the forms and deadlines, I take the time to understand you, your business, and your goals — then deliver practical guidance you can act on with confidence.
Accurate, on-time federal and state returns for individuals and businesses — prepared right and filed with confidence.
Proactive, year-round strategies to reduce what you owe and avoid surprises — aligned to your goals, not just the deadline.
Clear answers when decisions get complicated — entity choice, big decisions, growth moves, and the “what does this mean for my taxes?” questions.
Clean, current books that keep you organized and ready — so your planning and filings are built on numbers you can trust.
Spencer founded Impact Tax and Advisory on a simple belief: the best advice starts with understanding the person behind the numbers. Too often, tax professionals focus on forms, deadlines, and compliance while missing the bigger picture.
His approach is different. Before discussing strategies or preparing returns, he takes the time to understand your needs, your business, your goals, and the challenges you face. It’s an approach that builds lasting relationships — and leads to the better outcomes you’re searching for.
Born in Wichita, Kansas, and a veteran of the U.S. military, Spencer is a CPA licensed in Colorado and Texas, with experience spanning public accounting, corporate tax, and private practice — including positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ball Corporation.
Because good tax advice isn’t just about understanding the tax code and providing a solution — it’s about understanding the people, and providing a solution that matters to them.
Personal returns, planning, and year-round answers to the questions that actually keep you up at night.
Compliance, books, and planning that keep your business clean, current, and ready for what’s next.
Guidance through the decisions — entity choice, growth, and the tax side of building something.
Practical advisory and planning that scales with you as the business gets more complex.
